SHEER SOPHISTICATION WITH JUST FEMALE

SHEER SOPHISTICATION WITH JUST FEMALE

just female - long sleeved sheer top - plant print top - no basis in reality

I came across the brand Just Female this past fall, and have been obsessed with the clean designs and unique silhouettes they create ever since. I finally got my hands on this long sleeved top a few weeks ago, and it is sheer sophistication. The print is playful, yet mature, and the sheer fabric makes it even more subtle against my skin. The fit is more slim that I imagined it would be before I tried it on. There is just the right amount of stretch in the fabric, and the slim fit makes it easy to tuck into jean, as I’ve done here. I kept the accessories simple, to keep the focus on the top. I can’t wait to try out other combinations with this same sheer top for Spring!

Necklace / Fool’s Gold / The strong, clean lines of this pendant matches the sophistication of this top. The bold form stands out against the soft lines of the print, yet the natural tones don’t compete too much with the sheer mesh.

Top / Just Female / Available soon on shopfoolsgold.com

Purse / N’Damus London / Available soon on shopfoolsgold.com

Jeans / Paige Denim / I love how these fit more than words can express.

Booties / Sold Out / I LOVE the zipper detail these from See by Chloé  and how simple and sleek this pair is

Sunglasses / Spitfire / My new go-to pair of sunnies.

All-black accessories, such as my usual black booties and this structured bag from N’Damus London, keep all eyes on the gorgeous top.

For a night on the town (in the right town), I think you could actually just wear the top with nothing underneath. For daytime, or in a more conservative situation, a black bralette or nude cami would make this more appropriate. Also, the appropriateness of the layer underneath probably depends on the size of your boobs. I have almost non-existent boobs, so I feel like I can get away with more because they are fairly unsexy.

Be sure to check Just Female out! Are there any emerging brands you’ve discovered recently?
